2024학년도 후기 일반대학원 재외국민 및 외국인 특별전형 합격자 유의사항
1. 등록금 납부: 등록 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않을 경우에는 합격이 취소됩니다.
(전액장학생의 경우에도 해당 은행을 방문하여 등록 처리를 해야 등록이 완료됨.)
가. 2차 합격자 납부기간: 2024. 1. 18.(목) ~ 2024. 1. 22.(월) 17:00 (한국시간)
* 해외 송금의 경우 송금 일정을 고려하여 1~2일 일찍 납부
나. 등록금 고지서 : 합격자 발표 홈페이지에서 출력 * 고지서는 등록 기간에 출력 가능
2. 입학허가서 발급: 등록금납부를 완료한 합격자에게 입학허가서가 발급됩니다.
가. 발급 일시: 2024. 1월 말 이전
나. 수령 방법
- 해외체류자: 국제교류본부에서 이메일 발송
(대사관 확인 후 원본이 필요한 학생은 intl@jejunu.ac.kr로 요청해 주시기 바랍니다.)
- 국내체류자: 국제교류본부로 방문 수령
◎ 최종학력(학위 및 성적) 입증 서류 원본(아포스티유, 한국영사 또는 주한 공관 영사 확인, 중국의 경우 학위 인증 보고서)과 공인 어학 성적을 제출하지 않은 경우 표준입학 허가서를 발급 받을 수 없음
3. 기숙사 신청 안내
가. 안내 사항: 기숙사 신청은 원서접수 시 기숙사 신청 여부에 ‘네’라고 선택한 학생들을 대상으로 국제교류본부에서 일괄 신청. 추후 기숙사비에 관하여 재안내하도록 하겠습니다.
나. 기숙사 신청자 제출 서류: 폐결핵 검진 결과가 표기된 의사 소견서, 진단서, 보건증 등 1부
다. 서류 제출 기한: 1월 중
4. 유의사항: 합격자에 대한 모든 공지사항은 제주대학교 국제교류본부 홈페이지(http://intl.jejunu.ac.kr)에 공고하니 홈페이지에서 비자신청, 입국절차 등의 정보를 참고하여 개강일인 2024. 3. 4. 전까지 입국할 수 있도록 하시기 바랍니다.
Information Guide for Admitted Graduate Students (Spring semester, 2024)
1. Tuition Payment: Failure to pay the tuition fee within the registration period will result in the cancellation of admission.
(Even for full scholarship recipients, registration must be completed by visiting the designated bank.)
a. Second Round Acceptance Payment Period: January 18, 2024 (Thu) ~ January 22, 2024 (Mon) 17:00 (Korean Standard Time)
For overseas remittances, consider the transfer schedule and make payments 1-2 days in advance.
b. Tuition Invoice: Available for printing on the admission announcement website during the registration period.
2. Certificate of Admission: Admission Letter will be issued to admitted students who have completed tuition payment.
a. Issuance Date: Before end of January 2024
b. Method of Receipt:
Overseas Residents: Sent via email by the International Affairs Office
(Students requiring original documents should request them at intl@jejunu.ac.kr.)
Domestic Residents: Available for pickup at the International Affairs Office
Note: Final academic records (degree and grades), original proof documents (apostille, verification by Korean embassy or consulate, degree authentication for China), and certified language proficiency scores must be submitted; otherwise, the standard admission permit cannot be issued.
3. Dormitory Application Guidelines:
a. Instructions: Dormitory applications are automatically made for students who selected 'Yes' for dormitory accommodation during the application process. Further information on dormitory fees will be provided later.
b. Documents for Dormitory Applicants: One copy of a medical certificate indicating tuberculosis test results, diagnosis certificate, health certificate, etc.
c. Document Submission Deadline: January
4. Important Notes: All announcements for admitted students will be posted on the Jeju University International Affairs Office website (http://intl.jejunu.ac.kr). Please refer to the website for information on visa applications, entry procedures, etc., and ensure that you can arrive by the start date of March 4, 2024.
