VISA

VISA Issuance
To study in Korea, you must obtain a student visa (D-2) at Korean Embassy or Consulate in your country.
You are recommended to check with the Embassy or Consulate in your country about the required documents in advance of visa application.

General Process
  • Get admission from university
  • Pay tuition fees
  • Receive certificate of admission
  • Apply for a student visa



Alien Registration
Upon arrival in Jeju, you must visit Jeju Immigration Office within 30days after entry to Korea for alien registration.

University Enrollment Certificate or A copy of Admission Certificate
Passport
A Passport Photo
Fee for Issuance of Alien Registration Card: 30,000 KRW



VISA Status Change & Extension
You must change or extend your visa before it expires by visiting Jeju Immigration Office.

Fee for VISA Extension: 60,000 KRW
