Notice for New Students
1. 개강: 2020. 3. 16. (월)
Starting Date of the Spring Semester : March 16, 2020 (Mon)
2. 수강신청: 2020. 3. 16. (월)~ 2020. 3. 20. (금)
Course Registration Period: March 16, 2020 (Mon) ~ March 20, 2020 (Fri)
3. 입국 일정 관련 공지 사항 Notices Related to your Arrival Itinerary
가. 중국 유학생 또는 중국을 거쳐서 입국하는 유학생의 경우
For Chinese students & International students who are coming via China
- 반드시 3월 16일까지 입국 MUST arrive by March 16 (Mon)
- 입국 후 학생생활관에서 2주간 집중보호 조치
Upon arrival, students should be kept in quarantine in the dormitory for 14 days.
나. 중국 유학생이 아닌 경우: 2020. 4. 5. (일)까지 반드시 입국
For non-Chinese nationalities: MUST arrive by April 5 (Sun)
* 입국이 불가능한 경우 국제교류본부로 연락할 것
- If you are unable to arrive at this date, please notify the Office of International Affairs.
* 모든 유학생은 입국 일정 및 항공편을 즉시 국제교류본부에 신고
- MUST inform your arrival information(time, flight number) to the Office of International Affairs
4. 최종학력입증서류 제출 Submission of Graduation Certificate and Transcripts :
서류 접수 시 영사 확인(파키스탄, 스리랑카, 베트남) 또는 아포스티유(인도) 확인을 받은 졸업 및 성적 증명서를 제출하지 않은 학생은 2020. 3. 31. (화)까지 국제교류본부로 제출해야 함.
Applicants who did not submit the graduation certificate & transcripts with Korean Embassy’s confirmation (Pakistan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka) or Apostille (India, Japan), they must submit those documents by March 31 (Tue) 2020.
