2. 표준입학 허가서 (국제교류본부 2층 사무실)
Certificate of Admission
(To be obtained from the Center for International Affairs)
: 2020. 2. 14. (금)부터 발급 February 14 (Fri), 2020 ~
3. 최종학력 증명서/ Proof of the last known educational institute
- 대학 또는 대학원 성적 및 졸업 증명서
- Official (expected) Graduation Certificate & Official Transcript
(30일 이내 발급/Issued within the last 30 days)
4. 등록금 납입 증명서 (국제교류본부 2층 사무실)
- Receipt of Tuition Fee
(To be obtained from the Center for International Affairs)
5. 체류지 입증서류 (학생생활관 사무실 또는 임대차계약서)
- Proof of Residence Document (Receipt of Dormitory fee payment,
Contract of housing rental etc.)
6. 외국인 등록증 Alien Registration Card & 여권 Passport
7. 재정 관련 입증서류 Financial Support Documents
가. 은행 잔고 증명서 ($9,000 or $18,000): 국내 은행이 발급한 본인 잔고 증명서(신청일 기준 30일 이내)+해외에서 송금 내역 or 외화 환전 증명서
Bank Balance Sheet(USD $9,000 or more)+ Proof of wifer transfer from overseas or receipt of money exchange
* 심사 종료 전 잔고의 50% 이상 인출 시 재정능력 입증 재 요구, 70% 이상
변화 시 사실관계 변화를 이유로 체류 허가 억제
If more than 50% of the amount is taken out of the bank account, students would be required to resubmit proof of financial ability. If more than 70% is withdrawn, your visa status may be revoked. (Visa extension may not be possible)
나. 통장 사본(잔고 증명서 제출 생략) Bank Statement((30일 이내 발급))
유학중 주거래 은행 계좌를 법무부에 신고한 경우 통장에 최근 1년간 월평균 100만원의 잔고를 유지하고 체제비(70만원 수준)가 매월 정기적으로 입금 되는 것이 확인 되는 경우
B. Copy of Bank Statement (No need to submit balance sheet)
Only in cases where there is a record of the person maintaining a balance of 1 million Korean won for the past year plus where it is shown that more than 700 thousand Korean won is being transferred into the said students’ account.
※ 주의
- 국내 시간제 취업허가에 따른 통장 입금 급여도 체제비로 인정
- 계좌변경: 특별한 사정이 없는 한 신고된 계좌는 변경할 수 없음
- 처리방법: ICRM 비고란에 지정계좌 번호 및 심사 내용 입력
Important Notice
- The income that is transferred into the bank account approved under part time work can also be acknowledged as the student’s daily expenditure.
- Absolutely no change in bank account allowed once it has been registered
- Please be warned that your bank account details will be input into the ICRM (Immigration Office System) along with specific details (In other words, your account will be closely monitored)
