사업 내용 

ㅇ 사업 기간 : 2023년 4월부터

ㅇ 수출요원 지급액 : 2만원/시간

※ 해외 시장 보고서 및 유효 바이어 발굴 등 활동별 지급비는 무역협회 제주지부가 케이스별로 수출 요원과 합의하여 정함

ㅇ 교육, 멘토링, 간담회 등 개최

 

세부 내용 

1. 수출 요원 선발 및 교육

ㅇ 한국어가 능숙한 유학생과 다문화 인력을 선발, 해외마케팅 요원으로 육성

ㅇ 선발 언어 : 중국어, 일본어, 러시아어, 베트남어, 태국어, 인도네시아어

 - 한국무역협회 제주지부가 요원 선발 및 교육 담당 ▪요원의 실무 능력 보완을 위해 지속적인 교육 및 멘토링 실시

2. 지원 방식 : 재택근무 및 원격 지원 (단, 월 1회 업체 방문)

3. 지원 내용

ㅇ 선발된 수출 인력의 출신지역으로 진출을 원하는 업체의 해외 마케팅을 상시 지원

 - 현지시장 환경 조사 (시장정보 데이터 취합)

  ※ 조사항목: 시장 규모, 사업자 수, 경쟁 구도, 가격 / 평가항목: 시장성

 - 해외 바이어 발굴

 - 실시간 바이어 교신 및 응대 지원 (이메일 및 메신저 등)

Overview

ㅇ Period : from April, 2023

ㅇ Payment for export agent : 20,000 KRW per hour

※ The payment for each activity, such as overseas market reports and effective buyer search, is determined by agreement between the export agent and Jeju Center of KITA, on a case-by-case basis.

ㅇ Opening training session, mentoring session and meeting

 

 

Details

1. Selecting and training of export agent

ㅇ Select and train international students and multicultural personnel with high Korean proficiency as overseas marketing agent

ㅇ Languages : Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia 

- Jeju Center of KITA takes in charge of selecting export agents and providing training ▪ Regular training and mentoring will be provided to enhance the agent’s practical skills

 

2. How to apply : Work-from-home or remote assistance (under the condition of one visit to the company per month)

 

3. Application details

ㅇ Provide regular support for the overseas marketing of companies that wish to expand into the regions where selected export agent come from 

- local market research (collecting market research data) 

※ Research categories: market scale, number of business involved, competitive composition, price / Evaluation criteria: marketability

- overseas buyer search 

- Communicate and assist buyers in real time (via email, messenger, etc.)
