2023학년도 후기 일반대학원 재외국민 및 외국인 특별전형 합격자 유의사항

 

 1. 등록금 납부: 등록 기간 내에 등록금을 납부하지 않을 경우에는 합격이 취소됩니다.

                       (전액장학생의 경우에도 해당 은행을 방문하여 등록 처리를 해야 등록이 완료됨.)

가. 납부기간: 2023. 7. 10. (월) ~ 2023. 7. 12. (수) 17:00 (한국시간)

* 해외 송금의 경우 송금 일정을 고려하여 2~3일 일찍 납부

나. 등록금 고지서 : 합격자 발표 홈페이지에서 출력 * 고지서는 등록 기간에 출력 가능

 

 2. 입학허가서 발급: 등록금납부를 완료한 합격자에게 입학허가서가 발급됩니다.

가. 발급 일시: 2023. 7월 말

나. 수령 방법

       - 해외체류자: 국제교류본부에서 우편발송

       - 국내체류자: 국제교류본부로 방문수령

   ◎ 최종학력(학위 및 성적) 입증 서류 원본(아포스티유, 한국영사 또는 주한 공관 영사 확인, 중국의 경우 학위 인증 보고서)과 공인 어학 성적을 제출하지 않은 경우 표준입학 허가서를 발급 받을 수 없음

 

 3. 유의사항: 합격자에 대한 모든 공지사항은 제주대학교 국제교류본부 홈페이지(http://intl.jejunu.ac.kr)에 공고하니 홈페이지에서 비자신청, 입국절차 등의 정보를 참고하여 개강일인 2023. 9. 1. 전까지 입국할 수 있도록 하시기 바랍니다.

 

Information Guide for Admitted Graduate Students (fall semester, 2023)

 

 1. Tuition Payment: The admission will be revoked if the accepted applicants do not pay the tuition fee within the 

                      deadline. (Full scholarship applicants must visit the bank with the bill to complete the 

                      registration process.)

a. Payment Period: July 10, 2023 ~ July 12, 2023 5pm (Korean Time)

b. Tuition Bill: Print out the tuition bill from the admission result announcement website during the payment period and transfer the fee into the applicant's virtual payment account on the bill until the due date. (NH Bank, Korea)

* In case of remittance from overseas, please pay 2~3 days ahead by considering the remitting period.

c. Tuition Fees

As of the 2023 school year tuition standard, the amount of tuition fee in the spring semester of 2024 can be subject to change.

 

 2. Certificate of Admission

The certificate of admission will be issued to accepted applicants who complete the tuition payment. 

   a. Issue Date: The end of July 2023

   b. How to receive

    - Residents out of Korea

       The Office of International Affairs will send the Certificate of Admission by EMS to the address on your application 

       form. Please let the office know if your address has changed.

    - Residents in Korea

       Please pick up your Certificate of Admission from the Office of International Affairs before going to the Jeju 

       Immigration Office for visa status change.

 

     ◎ If the original copies of Degree and Transcript of final attended institutions (Apostille, official confirmation from Korean consulates or embassies, and certificate confirmation report in China’s case) and official language score 

       are not submitted, JNU will NOT be able to issue out the Certificate of Admission.

 

 3. Note

The accepted applicants should refer to every notice posted on the OIA website (http://intl.jejunu.ac.kr) including information on visa application and entry procedures so that they can enter ROK before the first day of classes on 

September 1st, 2023.
