2021학년도 외국인 유학생 UCC 영상 공모전 안내

 

[KOR]

○ 공모기간: 2021. 8. 3.(화) ~ 9. 30.(목)

○ 공모형식: UCC 영상 콘텐츠

○ 공모대상: 제주대학교 외국인 유학생 전체(한국어과정 연수생 포함)

○ 공모주제: 제주 또는 제주대학에서 코로나19를 극복하는 본인만의 방법

○ 작품규격: 해상도 1280*720 이상 / MP4. AVI. MOV, MPEG 등 영상파일/분량 120초 이내

○ 접수방법: 응모기간 내에 신청서 및 동영상 원본 파일 이메일(intl3@jejunu.ac.kr) 접수

    ※ 동영상 내 자막 삽입 또는 스크립트 제출 필수 (영어 또는 한국어만)

○ 작품심사

 - 1차심사: 2021. 10. 1. ~ 10. 8. (내부심사) 

 - 2차심사: 2021.10.11 ~ 10. 22. (유튜브 게시 후 '조회수' 및 '좋아요' 수 합산)

 - 결과발표: 2021. 11월 초

   ※ 시상식은 코로나19 상황에 따라 추후 진행여부 결정

○ 시상내역

 - 대상(1팀): 30만원

 - 최우수상(2팀): 20만원

 - ​우수상(2팀): 15만원

 - 장려상(3팀): 10만원

    ※ 시상금은 지역 상품권으로 지급 및 참가자 전원 기념품 증정 예정○ 유의사항

 - 응모작은 타 공모전에 출품되지 않은 순수 창작물이어야 함

 - 모든 작품은 저작권(특히 유튜브 게제시 BGM 재생에 문제가 없어야 함)침해 등의 문제가 없어야 함

 - 2인 이상 참가 시, 참가 신청서에 기재한 대표자가 대표로 수상 및 상금 수령

[ENG]

1. Due date: 3rd Aug. 2021 (Mon) ~ 30th Sep. 2021 (Thu)

 

2. Eligibility for participation: JNU international students including Korean Language Course students

※ as a group or individual is able to participate in

 

3. Topic: How to enjoy yourself during the COVID19 in Jeju or campus

4. Form

- The video has to get upper than 1280*720 pixels

- The format of video needs be produced by MP4, AVI, MPEG, MOV

- The length of video has to be within 120 seconds

   

5. How to apply

> The original file & application need to be sent to intl3@jejunu.ac.kr

> Both of the e-mail & file title need to be written as [2021 UCC Video

Contest / Name / Department]

> Application Documents

1) Application form

2) Original file of the video

3) Subscription must be included in the video, or script must be submitted

※ Only Korean or English is possible

6. Awards

> 1st Prize: ￦ 300,000 (1 Team)

> 2nd Prize: ￦ 200,000 (2 Teams)

> 3rd Prize: ￦ 150,000 (2 Teams)

> 4rd Prize: ￦ 100,000 (3 Teams)

※ Souvenir is provided in order of application(first-come-first-served basis)

※ Prize is awarded as a local gift voucher

   

7. Screening(Judge) Schedule

> 1st: 1st Oct. 2021 ~ 8th Oct. (in-house judges’ evaluation)

> 2nd: 11st Oct. 2021 ~ 22nd Oct. (Total score of ‘like’ and ‘views’ from YouTube)

> Announcement for final result: Early Nov. (Total score of 1st & 2nd screening)

※ The schedule is subject to be changed

 

7. Notice

Entries awarded at the contest will be posted on the YouTube or SNS. Also, it will be

showed at events hosted by the office of INTL Affairs. If Studying Abroad Fairs would held,

the video can be played.

   

8. Precaution

- All entries shall be free from copyright (music, photography, font, etc.) infringement, portrait rights of a third party, defamation of others, and the applicant is responsible in case of a problem

- Cancellation and retrieval of prize can be made if the other’s works, plagiarism, or fact of production are found to be false after the winner's announcement.

- A representative will be awarded and get a prize when participating more than 2 (as a group or team)
