※ 외국인 유학생 가족 인정 기준 서류 준비 방법
1. 서류 발급일 또는 외교부 확인일로부터 9개월이 지났거나 가족 관계 증명서가 없으면, 본인 국적의 대사관에 직접 방문한다.
2. 국적국 외교부 또는 아포스티유에서 발급한 가족 관계 증명서를 받는다.
3. 자격을 갖춘 번역인에게 가족관계증명서를 번역을 받고, 번역인을 동행하여 공증 법무법인 사무소에 방문한다.
* 방문시 번역인의 신분증 필요
4. 공증 사무소에서 공증을 받은 서류를 국민건강보험에 제출한다.
※ Preparation for Required Documents for Family Subscription
1. If nine months have passed from the date of issuance or certification of family relationship certificate, you must visit the embassy of your nationality in case you don’t have the valid certificate.
2. Have the document certified by the Foreign Ministry overseas or Apostille (Applicable counties only).
3. Get the family relationship certificate translated by a qualified translator (translation or English major) and visit a notary accompanied by the translator.
*your translator's ID is required when visiting a notary.
4. The family relationship certificate notarized by a notary shall be submitted to the National Health Insurance Service(NHIS) Branch office.
